It's been a while since I've posted anything (the last week of my last semester as an undergraduate is *not* imbuing me with nostalgia for my alma mater ... only a week to go, and then I can remember it fondly. Now, I grumble ... grrr). As WisCon approaches, I find myself wondering who'll be there, and how they'll be getting there ... I'm tempted to go myself, but I don't know if it's too late to arrange it. Any thoughts? It'd definitely be a nice way to celebrate graduation ... hmmn ...

From this board, Midori, Carrie, and I will be there; I don't know if anyone else is planning on attending this year. (Greg says maybe next year, and we're going to hold him to it.) Other writers who will be there include Karen Joy Fowler, Heinz Insu Fenkl, Nalo Hopkinson, Candas Jane Dorsey, Kelly Link, Pat Murphy, Joan Vinge, and Guests of Honor Nancy Kress and Elisabeth Vonarburg. Ellen Kushner and Delia Sherman are usually there, but have to miss it this year -- and it just won't be quite the same without them.
