New site to look at
I was just doing a search on Napoli, and this site came up:

www.cynthialeitichsmith.c...gradea.htm

There's a brief review of A WOLF AT THE DOOR at the bottom of the page! The main site looks interesting, too:

www.cynthialeitichsmith.com/index1.htm

Anyone else have new and interesting sites they've discovered?

web sites
Kerrie, thanks for letting me know about the review for Wolf. It looks like a good site. Are you familiar with www.achuka.com, which is a British children's book site?

Re: web sites
Very neat! Always glad to hear about new sites!

I just found these sites today for Jessica Galbreth, a 25 year old artist who paints fairies and goddesses:

www.enchanted-art.com/
members.aol.com/faerystuff/gallery.htm

I had seen her art before, but never her name.

www.mythology.org
Hi all,

I haven't been much of a lurker lately (very busy), but this morning have been attempting to find closer sources for the Egyptian Cinderella I mentioned a couple of weeks ago. (So far limited results...I started with the Children's books, which don't fully cite academic sources, and am now trying to find the specific account told by Strabo in his Geography. I now have a translation on order from Amazon, and am hoping I have the correct volume. I post more when I have more complete results.)

In any case, while searching online for more information, I came across www.mythology.org. They are offering a beta version of their (future) product for a $150 (non-refundable) deposit. It looks like a great resource for anyone interested in the subject, with much more than the sketchy definitions given by regular encyclopedias. Check out their overview:

www.mythology.org/cd_myth...frame.html

Is anyone familiar with this product? I am very tempted to send them a check, but $150 is a lot of money for an unknown quantity.

Eirenical...
