New updates on that story!!!!(Please HELP!!!)
Hey everyone! I asked my girlfriend a little bit more about the story (without hinting that I'M now looking for it... she gave up looking for it years ago); a boy, before he was born, was shown a picture of the woman he was going to fall in love with, but she was deformed... badly. So, not wanting her to go through life like that, he took her deformity. And then, later on in life, the woman's father wanted her to marry him because he was rich, so, doing what her father asked her to do, she did, but did not love him. Then, somehow or another, she found out that he took her deformity for himself, and she fell in love with him. Now, bare in mind that this story is scratchy at best because she read it when she was 10 or so, and she really, really loved it. And, me trying to be the best boyfriend I can be, I need to find out if this book is out there, or if anyone has it, or even know where I can get it. PLEASE! No price is too high... her happiness means more to me than money. Thanks alot!

Oh yeah... forgot to say something else....
Oh, by the way, the thing with the finger pressing the lips making that little dint in the upper lip thing is still a go. And the reason that they do this is because they (being God, or angles) shows everyone who they are ment to marry and fall in love with, then put their fingers to everyone's lips so that they cannot speak their lovers name. Please, please, PLEASE, help me find it.

Heart of Stone
Perhaps not quite the same, but close: a story of mine called "Princess Heart of Stone" is about a woodcutter's son with the face of an angel who takes the princess' stone heart and wears it as a hump on his back. She is at last able to love and she marries the woodcutter though he now carries what was her deformity. It is from my book DREAM WEAVER.
