A newbie looking for Crispers Red Riding Hood commerical
Greetings!

I'm a university student who needs help in locating a commercial. Some time ago, in early September of this year, I watched a Crispers commerical that was done in the setting of Red Riding Hood. I'm in a German research class dealing with fairy tales, and wouldn't you know it? I can no longer catch that commercial on any TV station, and yet I need to. Because of my upcoming essay, I'd like to have a copy of that commercial.

I know the chances of anyone have a taped or digital version of that commercial is slim (I did read up on the commercial and others in the November 2002 archives) and thus it's a long shot, but I'll try anyways. Can anyone help me here?

Also, in the archives, mentions about Coke/Pepsi and Chanel No.5 having a Red Riding Hood commerical surfaced. I tried to find the commercial, or at least some information about the No. 5 Red Riding Hood commercial, but I couldn't. Does anyone remember it and/or the Coke/Pepsi commercial?

In the meantime, does anyone who has seen the commercial, recall background music during the scene? As well, if anyone notices an ad that has a Red Riding Hood theme, would you help me out in letting me know about it?

Please and thanks.

Why don't you contact the company
or look at their website. You might be able to get it from them.

Re: Why don't you contact the company
I have gone to their website, including Kraft Foods' site, which seems to be the parent company. I'm not having much success there, although I did find a brief mentioning of the product (and its various flavours). Outside of that, there doesn't seem to be much hype about the product or its Red Riding Hood commercial. Thus far, I haven't received any word from the company, which is why I'm trying this place, in hopes of having better success here.

Try
Foote, Cone and Belding (sp?) which I believe is still Kraft's principle ad agency.

chanel
i remember the chanel no 5 ad. it featured vanessa paradis, in red satin cloak, walking through huge golden halls to sound of (i think) some rather wonderful creepy music. a wolf is howling. she flings open the door, and with a slight shock you realise that both she and wolf are indoors (rather than she being about to step out into dangerous wolf-infested night). she picks up handbag - clearly off for a night out - and turns to wolf (who suddenly looks rather sweet and sad "don't leave me vanessa riding hood, please don't leave me in this great old mausoleum all alone!"). She places a finger to her lips, and gives him a very meaningful look. then turns on her high heels, with a swirl of red cloak, and steps out into the night.

i loved that ad. and i think it might have been one of a series.

Oh! Gee, I wish I could see the commercial. Off hand I know of a few students in my class who could really use that to help them. I'll certainly let them know about it. Thanks for your help, denag!

Re: re: chanel
It appears that Ms. Warren answers letters sent to her. You might try asking here about getting a copy of the Commercial. Take a look at:
