I think (with envy) that that may only be in the hardcover version ... in the paperback, one only finds Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont's shorter adaptation (rolling in at a grand 17 pages).

Actually, my edition is paperback. Published by Meridian (an imprint of NAL, division of Penguin) in 1991. I'm pretty sure I picked it up in a used bookstore, but probably within the last year. It's even illustrated with a variety of etchings from different eras.

The Beaumont is in here too, but, as Helen says, it's much shorter (and a lot less florid).
