Sometimes my NEW YORKER gets drowed out by all the other magazines that come through my apartment. :) I'd just like to point out that Miyazaki is the author and illustrator of a terrific series of graphic novels called NAUSICAA OF THE VALLEY OF THE WIND. I didn't read them initially, because manga's usually not my scene, but then, they aren't really manga. They're especially impressive when you consider that Miyazaki did them all himself, with no assistants.
