Tam Lin question
It's a silly question but it's always bothered me: how is Carterhaugh pronounced? I know Carterhaugh and Ettrick Hills (Thomas the Rhymer) are in Selkirkshire near Galashiels, Scotland but have never been able to successfully pronounce it in a way that doesn't trip the tongue and sound somehow wrong...the net hasn't been a help either.

Pronunciation
Carterhaugh is pronounced either Carterha' or Carterhoch with the "ch" at the end like in loch (Pronounced properly) or the german in "Ich". Hope this helps.
