Giant with a heart in a duck's egg?
Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the name of the story where there's a giant and his heart is hidden in a duck's egg, or a duck or something like that. I believe the giant gets killed in the end. I just remember reading about this when I was a child and my heart ached for the giant, and it would be really important to me to be able to read this story again.
Is it on SurLaLune somewhere?

Thanks!

Henson did the story as part of his Storyteller series in an episode called "The Heartless Giant." I'm not sure of the name of the story it's based upon.

heart in an egg
Didn't Koschei the Deathless keep his heart in a duck's egg? And I think the villain in The Black Stallion? It isn't an uncommon theme...

I'm sure ANdrew Lang retold that in his Color Fairy Books.
