WFC and Endicott
Here's hoping to see some of you at World Fantasy Convention in Madison this year! Endicott will be well represented with Terri Windling as Guest of Honor...and among the many things she will be doing that weekend, there will be an event with artist Charles Vess, some great panels and signings! I will be there with the first of the Endicott Studio T-shirts (yeah! They're pretty cool!) also some of Terri's signed prints. Stop buy the table and say hello.

Also, we now have an e-newsletter you can sign up for on Endicott's homepage.

I haven't been around the board lately, but I will be at WFC. Looking forward to seeing you...and the t-shirts!

Looking forward to it
I'm really looking forward to catching up with everyone in Madison. I've promised to bring some art goodies for Midori to sell at the Endicott table and I'll, of course, have work in the art show. One piece is a painting that I've been working on entirely for myself. I had been reading Elizabeth Hands' stunning book, MORTAL LOVE and her gorgeous prose kept stimulating image after image in my mind. So I just had to put down all my contract work and paint one of them. In fact I loved the book so much that I just started reading it over again directly after finishing it the first time. That second read somehow made me realize that I needed to 'sculpt' a one-of-a-kind frame for my painting. I can't wait to see everyone's reaction to both the painting and its frame. By the way, I would place MORTAL LOVE right alongside my other two favorite books about art, artists and the act of creation: Terri's THE WOOD WIFE and Charles de Lint's MEMOREY AND DREAM. Anyway I look forward to seeing everyone that makes it to Madison.

Best,
Charles

PS: And I hope to pick up a copy of Judith's new book BEAR DAUGHTER while I'm there too.

I am there too and on at least one panel with Terri. (Alas opposite the music panel my son is on!)

Re: Looking forward to it
Is there a panel schedule up yet? I haven't seen one yet and I've been skulking around on the WFC site quite a bit of late.

I'll be there, with my partner Leland. We are so looking forward to it. Can't wait to meet everyone.
