The Blue Girl
I've been reading this great book called The Blue Girl.
It's actually what sent me here for the first time today, there was a reference to this site in it.
Has anyone read it yet? It's really great. Here's a picture and a link.. (if I can get this thing to work..)

The Blue Girl, on Amazon

Check it out if you like, you can read some of it if you go to the link.

Re: The Blue Girl
I read it. Great book. If you liked it, you should check out Charles De Lint's other books. He's a great writer of urban fantasy.

Re: The Blue Girl
I want to read it now because of the pretty girl on the cover...

I like DeLint's short stories, but I've never tried one of his novels. This may be my first one, if I ever find time.

Wow - Charles re-did his website. Hadn't been there in a while. Looks really nice. For those who liked Blue Girl, the short story collection "Waifs and Strays" might work. "Little Country" is a good one, too. Almost all of his books have female protagonists who seem pretty well fleshed out.

Really? Do tell!

I'm not like.. a big believer or anything, but I'm nowhere near against it. I guess I'm on the fence? Or something?

But I've always considered things like this a possibility. Tell me if you like. And what's the site? I found it really interesting.

Re: .....
I havent read this one yet, but I own it.

I have enjoyed DeLint's work starting with dreams Underfoot

a collection I read a few years back. His name did not come to surface for me again until later when I was on an Everquest (online gaming) fourm an we were discussng books
we've read.

Ive been devouring a few boks of his since: Moonheart, Jack of Kinrowan and currently reading throughthe collection Tapping the DreamTree, which brought me here to you. I googled "wordwood" as I was enamored withthe idea of such a fourm/site

and Im a believer

;)
